We pride ourselves in good customer service. If any of your items in your order are damaged when you receive it, please let us know and we will work with you to resolve the issue. For our international customers: Your packages are issued insurance when shipping. Please make a claim with your local postal service for lost or damaged orders. We are not responsible for damaged items 7 days after delivery date.
Canceling an Order
An order can be canceled under the following conditions:
Contact must be made no later than 12 hours from the time of the invoice.
Orders cannot be canceled:
if your order has shipped
if you feel it will be too late to receive--we cannot guarantee a delivery time so read our shipping policies before you order
Exchanges
We do not make exchanges. If you have ordered the wrong item, please order the right item, then request a return on the item you do not want. A return will not be approved if you have not already purchased the items to replace the ones being sent back. All shipping costs are the sole responsiblity of the customer.
Returns
We are not responsible for orders received too late. We do not guarantee any delivery dates. We will not accept any returns on items that arrive too late. Our shipping policies can be found on our SHIPPING page. If a return is approved you will receive an authorization number which must be included in your return. Your package must be shipped with a tracking number and must be insured. No returns will be accepted without this number. The items will be shipped back to you. No returns can be made after 7 days of delivery confirmation. Bulk orders of seasonal items ARE NOT subject to return.
Additional Information
Partial returns are not accepted. Please make sure you have ordered the quantity you need. We are not responsible if you order more than you need. Please remember during the checkout process you have agreed to abide by our policies. We are not responsible for any product 7 days after delivery so please check it as soon as you receive it.
