Any orders of 1000 or more pieces is an automatic processing time of 10 business days. For every extra 1000 (or quantities up to that thousand) it will be 1 extra business day. Also any orders that are under but in close proximity of 1000 pieces will at our discretion be subject to the 10 business day rule.
Orders received Monday through Friday will have a processing time of 3-7 business days (excludes weekends and holidays).
Orders received on Saturday will have a processing time of 3-8 business days (excludes weekends and holidays).
Orders received on Sunday will have processing time of 3-9 business days (excludes weekends and holidays).
We do not ship via expedited shipping (ie; overnight, 2 day). The reason for this is that all items are made to order and we need the time to make and process them.
There may be an increase in processing times at certain times of the year (ie:holiday season), however we will post the new times on this page if necessary.
We ship via parcel post or priority mail for domestic shipments. This depends on the order. We will make that determination during our processing time. Estimated delivery time is 2-9 days depending on shipping method. If you have any questions please contact us.
