Payments
We accept the following payment types: check/money order, all major credit cards. We do not accept orders or payment by telephone, fax, or email. Please read our Payment Policy page for further information.
Shipping
Our processing time is normally 3-7 business days but can be as long as 10 business days at certain times of the year. We will post a notice on our Shipping Policy page when this occurs. We ship worldwide using the United States Postal Service. We ship via parcel post or priority mail for domestic shipments. For our international customers we ship via USPS priority mail international. Please see our Shipping Policy page for all our shipping costs and further information.
Returns
Our returns are done on a case by case basis. Please contact us concerning any questions you may have or refer to our Return Policy page.
